Doch der Händler steht nicht direkt zur Verfügung. Ihr könnt ihn erst ab Kampagnen Teil 3 erquesten, sobald ihr das Chiffrensystem freigeschaltet habt und dort im zweiten Baum Verständnis des Altesischen erforscht. Danach könnt ihr eine Quest bei Hanoa die Verbannte im Nordwesten annehmen bei den Koordinaten 40/41. Sobald ihr dies fertig habt steht Olea Manu bei den Koordinaten 37/44 ein Stück neben dem Flugmeister bei der Höhle des Verbannten wo auch das Chiffren System ist.
